Welcome to Best iOS Apps. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile applications (including PDF Scanner, Keyboard Fonts, Symptom Tracker, PulseX, and Water Reminder) operated by Best iOS Apps.

Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must uninstall our applications and cease using our services immediately.

1. In-App Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features and contents within our applications require the purchase of premium options, which are offered as weekly, monthly, or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions, or as a one-time lifetime license purchase. All billing transactions are managed and processed securely through your Apple iTunes account and integrated using RevenueCat:

• Billing and Renewal: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off in your account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Free Trials: Any free trial periods offered will automatically roll over into a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial period expires.
• Cancellations: You can manage, pause, or cancel subscriptions at any time via your iOS device's Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions menu. Refunds for subscriptions are subject to Apple's refund policy and must be requested directly through Apple Support.

2. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

Our applications (such as PulseX, Symptom Tracker, and Water Reminder) provide logs, tracking progress, and camera-based pulse checking tools for general wellness and fitness purposes only:

• NOT MEDICAL ADVICE: The metrics, tools, and content provided are not medical diagnostics, clinical evaluations, or therapeutic recommendations. They do not replace professional consultations, physical check-ups, or medical treatments.
• EMERGENCIES: Do not use these apps in medical emergencies. If you experience severe symptoms or suspect a medical issue, consult a doctor or call emergency services immediately.
• LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: You assume full responsibility for your use of the apps. We are not liable for health decisions, injuries, or outcomes resulting from reliance on data presented by the apps.

3. Keyboard Font Customisation & Input

By using Keyboard Fonts, you acknowledge that custom keyboard fonts are intended to enhance social expression. While we process your inputs entirely locally on your device for security, you are solely responsible for all text entered, sent, or published using our custom keyboard fonts in third-party services.

4. Document Scanning & Content Ownership

When using PDF Scanner, you retain full ownership of all documents, images, and signatures scanned or created. All conversions and signatures are executed locally on-device. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your scanned documents do not violate copyright, contract laws, or contain fraudulent elements. We assume no liability for the validity or legal binding nature of signatures created using our eSign features.

5. Service Limitations

We strive to keep our mobile applications operational and bug-free. However, we do not warrant that the applications will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future versions of iOS. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of our apps at any time without prior notice.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of our apps are governed by and construed in accordance with Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) and the laws of your jurisdiction.
